About the roleThe IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the core technology infrastructure that enables warehouse, distribution, and corporate operations. Infrastructure support is a primary focus of this role, including end-user computing, network connectivity, wireless/RF environments, server and workstation stability, peripheral devices, system monitoring, incident response, and coordination with enterprise infrastructure teams. The role also supports Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and integrated business applications to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary IT support owner for distribution center and corporate infrastructure stability, availability, and operational readiness.
- Provide hands-on support for servers, workstations, laptops, thin clients, mobile computers, RF scanners, label printers, network printers, time clocks, peripherals, and other endpoint devices used in warehouse and office environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless access points, RF coverage, VPN access, switches, cabling, telecom services, and network-dependent warehouse operations.
- Perform initial triage and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents, distinguishing between hardware, network, operating system, application, database, integration, and user-related causes.
- Coordinate closely with enterprise infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, desktop support, telecommunications, facilities, and vendor teams to restore service and prevent recurring incidents.
- Support infrastructure change activities including patching, workstation refreshes, hardware replacements, device imaging, firmware updates, access point upgrades, printer/scanner deployments, and server or network maintenance windows.

Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Technology, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networking fundamentals, and business-critical applications.
- Experience supporting warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Pay Range$100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
