About the roleThe National Account Specialist supports the development and growth of key strategic distributor accounts by partnering with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams. This role helps execute account strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitable revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Partner with National Account manager to execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives for distributor partner across all Leviton business units.
- Analyze sales performance, forecasts, pricing, inventory, profitability, and market trends to identify opportunities and business risks.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, reports, and presentations that support business reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure successful execution of customer programs.
- Prepare materials and support quarterly business reviews, annual strategic planning sessions, customer meetings, and executive presentations.
- Monitor customer performance, project milestones, and action items while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Support pricing programs, promotional initiatives, inventory strategies, and other customer-specific business programs.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with distributor partner personnel and internal business partners while delivering exceptional customer support.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
QualificationsTechnical- Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Demonstrates technical understanding of electrical, Industrial or structured cabling copper and fiber optic infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to apply product and market knowledge to address customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Understands Fortune 500 customer expectations and effectively coordinates internal and external resources to deliver exceptional service and results.

Education & ExperienceEducation- Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain, sales, or business administration preferred.
Experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business administrations, project management, sales operations, or a related business discipline.
- Experience supporting national accounts, distributors, or large strategic customers is preferred.
- Experience in electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or structured cabling solutions copper & fiber networks is required.
- Experience developing executive presentations, KPI reporting, forecasting, and business analytics is highly desirable.
Travel- Travel up to 50% of the time
