Location: Houston, Texas, USA
As an End User Services Engineer, you will provide responsive, high-quality technology support to colleagues working in the Houston office and remotely. You will be part of a collaborative regional and global IT team committed to creating an excellent end-user experience. This role combines hands-on technical support, customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement. You will help keep employees productive, meeting spaces operational and local technology secure and reliable.
Key responsibilities- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Support employee onboarding, departures, computer replacements and IT inventory.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, account, mobile-device and endpoint-management issues.
- Support meeting-room technology and coordinate equipment health checks with the unified communications and network teams.
- Assist with major incidents, technology changes and critical out-of-hours site work when required.
Essential requirements- At least five years of IT support or End User Services experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting employees working in offices and remotely.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory.
- Experience using an IT service-management platform such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Ability to support iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
Desired skills- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar endpoint-management tools.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to support colleagues at every level of the organization.
- A collaborative and culturally aware approach that builds trust across regional and global teams.
- Curiosity and initiative to automate manual processes, improve workflows and create measurable business impact.
