Role Description & Responsibilities

Dassault Systèmes is recruiting an IT Sourcing Manager for its North American Procurement Department, which covers multiple business units across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

The IT Sourcing Manager - Americas will report to the Director of Procurement Americas. The role can be based in Waltham, MA (US HQ) or New York, NY. 3DS employees enjoy a hybrid work schedule; three days in office, two days remote. You will work closely with the Local and Global Procurement Teams based in Waltham, New York, and France. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to defining and implementing purchasing strategy in North America.

  • Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement and sourcing activities.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and contractual protections.
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
  • Identify and mitigate supply, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks within the IT supply chain.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis activities.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and procurement best practices.
  • Manage renewals, software licensing, and vendor consolidation initiatives where applicable.


Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and software licensing models.


Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $120000 and $140000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
