This role builds executive and vendor relationships, develops technology roadmaps, conducts business reviews, and drives proactive planning that improves efficiency, security, and long-term business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct strategic business reviews with client leadership.
- Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Identify technology and security risks and recommend solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams on solution design, projects, and client strategy.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing technology planning.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with stakeholders or clients on IT-related initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience developing strategic technology plans, roadmaps, and business recommendations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience identifying, managing, and supporting technology solution opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Ability to balance business objectives, security requirements, technical best practices, and budget considerations.
