Responsibilities

- Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and critical activities to ensure clear alignment with organizational goals
- Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project documentation, including RFPs, SOWs, Project Charters, Communication Plans, Schedules, and Lessons Learned
- Establish and manage detailed project schedules, assign responsibilities, secure resources, and monitor progress against milestones
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, changes, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Present project status updates and insights to senior management and key stakeholders
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors, team members, and cross-functional departments
- Champion continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and methodologies
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Transportation Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum eight years of experience managing implementation, application development, infrastructure, and security projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project Online/Project for the Web, Azure DevOps
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC and IT infrastructure/security principles
- PMP and Scrum certifications
- Demonstrated customer focus, analytical decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
