IT Project Manager Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support enterprise technology initiatives within a complex, multi-application environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale technical projects involving systems integration, automated job scheduling, and cross-functional coordination in both digital and operational contexts.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead project planning, timeline management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee data loads, application configurations, and testing across interconnected platforms
- Coordinate deployment activities from pre-production through to production environments
- Develop and validate scheduled automation workflows using tools like Automic or similar
- Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate project status clearly across varying stakeholder levels
- Operate with flexibility and confidence amid evolving requirements or unclear end goals
Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of direct experience in project management within a technology environment
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with product-centric delivery models and digital transformation efforts
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Skilled communicator with the ability to adapt messaging by audience
- Self-driven and proactive; comfortable working in high-change or ambiguous settings
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of total experience in senior-level project management roles
- Experience working in environments related to travel, transportation, or hospitality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
