As IT Manager, you'll lead SV Microwave's technology function, ensuring our infrastructure, business systems, and data are reliable, secure, and ready to support continued growth. Responsibilities - Manages the technology infrastructure and ensures its availability, reliability, and scalability
- Hires, develops, and manages IT staff, including assigning work, setting expectations, and facilitating professional growth
- Develops and maintains project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities
- Oversees development, implementation and upgrades of software and hardware systems
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for the use of technology within the organization
- Stays up-to-date with advances in technology and makes recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the organization
- Ensures the security of sensitive data and systems, including implementing data backup and recovery procedures and cyber security tools
- Creates documentation, communicates changes and organizes/conducts training for employees as needed
- Maintains effective communication and working relationships with team members
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organization
- A high degree of integrity and personal responsibility
- Experience administering or supporting some of the following technologies - Microsoft Windows Servers and Workstations, Firewalls, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMWare, NAS, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP
- General understanding of the Microsoft .NET framework - C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL
