OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring IT Management Lead of Normal Operations to support our US Mint program. This position will be located within the Washington, DC and will be a fully onsite position opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage process and technology improvement programs and projects
- Ensure effective and efficient operations of technology departments.
- Assess and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Info Systems or relevant Field with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
- 15 years’ experience managing process and technology improvement programs and projects, ensuring effective and efficient operations of technology departments, while also assessing and mitigating risk.
- Strong operational leadership in IT departments.
- Risk management expertise.
Clearance Required: Must be able to attain and maintain a US MINT Public Trust
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience managing a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow preferred.
