Lead Developer to drive innovation, lead a talented development team, and build scalable technology solutions that power our business operations.
What You'll DoAs our Lead Developer, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and support of applications, integrations, and automation solutions
- Serve as the senior technical expert, guiding architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with business leaders to turn real-world challenges into practical solutions
- Ensure application quality through code reviews, testing, and deployment oversight
- Troubleshoot complex system issues across platforms and teams
- Support ERP systems, reporting tools, and data integrations
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving growth and accountability

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development or database experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
