• Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure scenarios
• Experience with operational metrics and trend-based insights
• Familiarity with automation and AI-driven service models
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior executives
• Proven track record of managing distributed teams and vendor ecosystems
• Engineering degree and ITIL certification required; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complete delivery across various infrastructure domains in a 24x7 managed services environment
• Establish and lead governance for service reviews, operational cadence, and risk management
• Drive improvement of ITIL processes for consistent and measurable operations
• Ensure platform stability and DR/BCP readiness through proactive monitoring
• Lead major incident resolution and ensure effective communication during escalations
• Focus on continuous service improvements aimed at cost optimization and quality enhancement
• Oversee changes, migrations, and upgrades while ensuring security and scalability
• Promote the use of automation and AI-driven operations for greater efficiency
• Manage partnerships and vendor relationships under outcome-based governance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders translating operational data into actionable insights
• Build and guide high-performing global teams for capability and succession planning.
