About This Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented IT / Global Workplace Services (GWS) Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across documentation, events, communications, and vendor/invoice processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Pay rate $60/hr - 80/hr depending on experience
  • 1 - 2 days on-site
  • Location: Seattle, zip code 98108


What You Will Work On

  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, documentation, and team resources
  • Coordinate team and leadership events (logistics, scheduling, tracking)
  • Draft and publish internal communications and updates
  • Support purchase orders and invoicing in Coupa, including tracking and follow-ups
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve basic issues
  • Assist with process improvements and ad hoc operational projects


What You Will Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support
