About the RoleWe're looking for an IT Data Analyst to join our team.
As a key member of the Enterprise Data team, you will provide day-to-day reporting and analytical support to business teams across the organization. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower informed decision-making and drive operational effectiveness. Leveraging descriptive analytics, you will identify trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
About Your Day- Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business and operational reporting needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and performance measures, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers using descriptive, predictive, statistical, and machine learning techniques.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis, validate data accuracy and integrity, and support strategic analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Senior Data Analysts, and business partners to deliver reporting enhancements and analytics solutions using enterprise datasets.
- Manage multiple reporting requests while balancing business priorities, team objectives, and service commitments.
- Train and support business users on dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools, helping them understand and leverage data effectively.
- Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, analytics standards, and data quality.
About You - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, with hands-on experience using Power BI and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytical solutions that support decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis and querying capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, predictive analytics methodologies, and version control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
- Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, consumer insights, business analytics environments, data warehousing, or self-service analytics tools is considered an asset.
- Certifications in Power BI, analytics, or related technologies are preferred.

CompensationThe target hiring range for this position is $80,000- $90,000. This is a pay grade 5B role, with a salary range of $61,291.58- $93,437.08. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
