IT Contract & Project Advisor for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will lead and coordinate technology vendor management and contract-related initiatives that support critical business operations across a large enterprise environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage complex projects, engage with executive leadership, and drive cross-functional efforts to successful completion.

Required Qualifications of the IT Contract & Project Advisor:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, vendor management, client relationship management, process improvement, or related business operations functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving projects to completion.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience developing status reports, executive communications, and project documentation.
