IT Contract & Project Advisor for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will lead and coordinate technology vendor management and contract-related initiatives that support critical business operations across a large enterprise environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage complex projects, engage with executive leadership, and drive cross-functional efforts to successful completion.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, vendor management, client relationship management, process improvement, or related business operations functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving projects to completion.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience developing status reports, executive communications, and project documentation.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the IT Contract & Project Advisor:- Experience managing technology vendor contracts, renewals, or supplier relationships.

Responsibilities of the IT Contract & Project Advisor:- Lead and coordinate contract renewal activities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are successfully achieved.
- Facilitate collaboration among vendors, business stakeholders, leadership teams, and support organizations to drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain contract documentation, activity tracking, reporting, and governance processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and contract management effectiveness.
- Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and status updates regarding key initiatives and vendor activities.
- Support vendor relationship management, strategic planning efforts, and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to business objectives.
Work Location: Hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday in Columbia, SC, with additional onsite attendance as needed based on business requirements.
