Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting large or enterprise-level IT environments.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and VMware technologies.
• Certifications preferred (MCSA, Microsoft Cloud, VCP, CCNP or CCNA, Security certifications).
• Background in systems or infrastructure administration or IT leadership beneficial.
• Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting and solution design.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly.
