IT Business Analyst
The Opportunity:

As an IT business analyst, you9ll develop leading-edge systems. Partnering with your team of architects, cloud engineers, and DevSecOps engineers you9ll identify clients9 business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You9ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you9ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you9ll deliver high business value products to our clients.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and structuring user stories for feature development
  • Experience with modeling business processes, process analysis methodologies, or capturing requirements
  • Experience facilitating requirements meetings or conducting requirements workshops and sessions with business and IT stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor9s degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work with development teams on generating documentation on functionality being delivered
  • Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • SAFe or Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen9s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
