We're hiring an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the replacement of a legacy Field Workforce Management application. In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, document workflows, and support testing and change management efforts.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation (functional & non-functional)
  • Analyze current workflows and design future state processes
  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to align on priorities
  • Support QA, test planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Help with training documentation and user adoption
