Job DescriptionPurpose of RoleLead procurement across an ISP division while owning the Technology & Digital Services category strategy. The role combines regional procurement leadership, stakeholder partnership and operational support with global category management responsibility for Technology infrastructure, SaaS and systems integration partners. The role drives value, governance, supplier performance, risk management and stakeholder satisfaction while ensuring divisional requirements are effectively represented in wider procurement strategies.
ISP Divisional Procurement Lead Key ResponsibilitiesDivisional Procurement Leadership- Support regional sourcing and commercial activity across a broad range of indirect spend categories as required by divisional priorities.
- Act as senior procurement business partner for the division.
- Support procurement plans aligned to divisional priorities.
- Provide commercial advice for technology investments and supplier decisions.
- Collaborate with Regional Procurement Leads and improve capability.
- Manage supplier escalations, governance and risk.
Technology & Digital Services Category Leadership- Own global category strategies across Software, SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, AI Platforms, ERP, School Information Systems, Managed Services and Systems Integration.
- Develop multi-year category strategies aligned to ISP digital and educational priorities.
- Lead complex sourcing programmes, negotiations and enterprise technology agreements.
- Optimise software licensing, cloud consumption and technology spend.
- Support major digital transformation and platform implementation programmes.
- Lead strategic supplier relationship management and governance.
- Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal and Information Security leaders.
- Drive value creation, innovation and supplier consolidation opportunities.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic procurement business partner, balancing stakeholder priorities with commercial, risk and governance outcomes.
- Extensive procurement experience within multinational organisations.
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted commercial business partner
- Strong indirect procurement experience, including exposure to Technology, Digital Services and related categories.
- Experience supporting technology, AI enabled software or digital sourcing activities desirable.
- Experience negotiating enterprise technology agreements.
- Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- MCIPS, FCIPS or equivalent preferred.
