Full Job Description
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to lead and build our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partnership program. This role is highly visible and strategic with direct impact on growing relationships with ISOs, agents, and other strategic distribution partners with a focus on reselling our unified commerce solution. You will be responsible for driving new partners, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth partner onboarding experience. • Identify, qualify, prospect, recruit and close new ISO and Agent partners to resell our unified commerce and POS products • Design and execute the ISO and Agent sales strategy • Manage the full partnership lifecycle • Build and foster relationships with ISO partners in the North America and UK markets • Develop a deep understanding of ISO partners business model, merchant base, sales strategy, economics, and growth objectives • Develop commercial proposals tailored to individual ISO models and objectives • Negotiate ISO partnership economics, pricing, revenue-sharing arrangements, incentives, and other commercial terms • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective ISO partners • Identify opportunities to expand partner relationships through additional payment products, software, value-added services • Maintain a strong understanding of unified commerce solutions, merchant acquiring, and payments industry • Understand ISO and agent compensation structures, residual models, merchant pricing, interchange, assessments, and processor economics. • Translate market developments and partner feedback into recommendations for product, sales, marketing and leadership • Collaborate and work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional ISO experiences and be the true voice of the ISO partner • Coordinate partner onboarding and implementation activities to ensure a smooth path from signed agreement to live processing • Ensure ISO partners understand products, pricing, underwriting requirements, technology, and operational processes • Work with partners to create sales campaigns, incentives, marketing programs, and other initiatives that drive merchant acquisition • Help partners effectively position the company's payment solutions against competing processors and platforms • Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, financial services, or a related industry • 2+ years of experience managing or developing ISO and Agent partnerships • Strong knowledge of the US merchant acquiring and payment-processing ecosystem • Demonstrated experience developing and growing strategic partner relationships • Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and financial skills • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-management skills • A hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and partner-focused KPIs • Excellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and partner buying journeys • You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing Additional Information Wix Point of Sale (POS) is a tool integrated directly with our most established product offerings, allowing our users to bridge the gap between their online presence and in person experience. Approximate base compensation $145,000 - 175,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, shift, and/or candidate experience.
