The IPT Lead will be responsible to define and execute the strategy for his or her portfolio, develop the annual business plan (SIOP Weeks I through IV and operational strategy to deliver and execute the annual business plan) and associated investment strategy, and manage the business to meet or exceed the plan while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
The goal is to provide the focus required to maximize revenue, profit and cash for the product line by owning the product strategy, operational strategy, business strategy, program execution and leveraging technologies and know-how to create highly differentiated products that meet both current and adjacent market needs.
This role oversees a matrix organizational structure responsible for day to day management of the functional areas that support the IPT (Quality, FSE, Inside Sales, Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operations, Business Development and Business Administration)
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
In this role you will be responsible to:
• Drive the product portfolio through all phases of the Lifecycle including: identifying new opportunities in line with market needs; developing the business case for new products/opportunities; phase appropriate pricing; program execution; product field support; next generation technology offerings (or sun setting); etc.
• Contribute to the product line's internal business strategy, including market analysis, product and technology roadmaps, and other market assessment tasks.
• Alignment of technology investments with product needs for current and future product developments through close coordination with: BD & Sales; key customers; and Engineering.
• Drive all aspects of program and proposal performance through direct management of the Program Management team for the assigned product line.
• Coordinate with functional organizations to support resource requirements for programs, proposals and investments.
• Be responsive to key customers.
• Successfully capture and execution of product line programs.
• Maximize profit and cash conversion by achieving or exceeding key business measures, including budgeted gross margin for the assigned product line, inventory turns, program execution measures, etc.
• Create and execute of the Annual Operation Plan, forecasted through Monthly forecasts as part of the SIOP process, to include all capital and head count necessary to deliver and execute the Operation plan and staying within the IPT's budget.
• Product sales, market share - measured by orders & revenue.
• Recognize product / service leadership in market segment - measured by customer satisfaction ratings and operational KPI's.
• Measurement and achievement of New Product Introduction (NPI) business cases.
• Champion change and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with functional management.
• As a part of the Functional Leadership Team it will be necessary to coordinate/facilitate and work with the other Functional Leaders: Business Development, Operations, etc. to develop shared goals for IPT (Integrated Product Team) Cabinet Members that support this role's IPT's accountabilities and KPI's.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, within a manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, sales or program management environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Experience encompassing in-depth knowledge of the product set and industry.
• Experience with affiliated industries and Government contracting customers
