Job Description

We are looking for a driven and polished Investor Relations professional to join our Finance team. Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, you will shape how the investment community understands our business, growth strategy, and financial performance. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communications.

What You'll Do:

Investor Communications
  • Prepare and execute quarterly earnings calls, including scripts, press releases, Q&A prep, and investor materials
  • Maintain and update the investor relations website and financial calendar

Buy-side & Sell-side Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and research firms
  • Develop an institutional investor targeting program with KPIs
  • Participate in coordinating roadshows, investor day events, and non-deal roadshows
  • Manage inbound investor inquiries and track ownership changes
  • Synthesize investor feedback for executive leadership and the board

Strategic & Financial Analysis
  • Update consensus models and track sell-side estimates; provide internal guidance on street expectations
  • Monitor peer group performance, valuation benchmarks, and sector sentiment
  • Establish KPIs for IR activities and regularly analyze effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with FP&A, Legal, Accounting, and Corporate Communications to align messaging and ensure Reg FD and disclosure compliance
  • Contribute to ESG reporting and governance disclosures


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance
  • Prior exposure to a publicly traded software or SaaS company preferred
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS and profitability metrics (ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, Operating Margin, FCF/share)
  • Foundational understanding of financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD compliance
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing sell-side analyst and institutional relationships directly
  • Experience with investor targeting and stakeholder base development
  • Experience coordinating investor day or analyst day events
  • Comfort interacting with senior executives


Additional Information

Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tues - Thurs) from our San Mateo, CA headquarters.

The annual base salary range for this position is $172,000 - $210,000. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
