Description

The Investor Relations Manager will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations and work closely with cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and project development. This role is suited for a finance professional with strong public company exposure, solid capital markets fluency, and a genuine passion for the role.

The Investor Relations Manager will serve as a key point of contact for the investment community, supporting and executing the company's investor communications strategy and helping ensure how Fervo is understood and valued by current and prospective capital partners. This role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical and financial information into clear, compelling narratives for a sophisticated investor audience.

Success in this position means supporting the building of trusted, long-term relationships with institutional and retail investors, owning the day-to-day execution of high-quality reporting and disclosure, and ensuring Fervo's story is told consistently and credibly across all investor touchpoints. The IR Manager will play a hands-on, execution-focused role, driving the day-to-day mechanics of the quarterly earnings process, supporting sell-side relationships, contributing to Board reporting, and helping position Fervo as a pioneering voice in energy.
