Position

A Private Advisor team within Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking a high-caliber Investment Research Analyst to support a growing UHNW advisory practice serving families, founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. This role is designed for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can contribute across portfolio analytics, investment research, trading, proposal development, and technology-enabled workflow improvement. For the right candidate, the position offers a path toward senior investment leadership within the advisor team.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data tools to improve research, portfolio analysis, reporting, proposal development, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Monitor portfolio allocations, performance, and risk exposures across UHNW client mandates
  • Conduct portfolio drift analysis, rebalancing, and tax-aware optimization
  • Prepare investment reporting and analytics for client meetings and internal review
  • Participate in select client and prospect meetings to support investment discussions, prepare follow-up analysis, and help translate complex investment concepts into clear client-facing guidance
  • Support the oversight, maintenance, and evolution of the team’s model portfolio and investment strategies
  • Perform investment research across equities, fixed income, alternatives, private markets, and thematic strategies
  • Evaluate investment managers, strategies, and new opportunities through due diligence and research
  • Prepare investment memos and contribute to internal investment discussions
  • Execute trades within discretionary portfolios in coordination with trading and operations teams
  • Support the development of customized client and prospect proposals and presentation materials
  • Assist with scenario modeling, liquidity event planning, and customized investment solutions
  • Enhance workflow efficiency through improved use of technology, data, and automation tools
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of investment processes, analytics, and client-facing materials
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, investment management, banking, consulting, or a related financial services environment
  • Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain
  • Experience supporting UHNW clients and complex investment structures preferred
  • Experience with portfolio management and reporting platforms such as Tamarac is a plus
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, automation, or technology-driven investment or reporting solutions is a plus
Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort working with data, models, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex investment concepts
  • Familiarity with Venn or similar portfolio analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present investment insights clearly and professionally
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
