• develop scalable client solutions for multi-component portfolio designs and client-specific requirements
• identify potential operational risk issues and help mitigate impact to our clients and our organisation

You'll be working in the SMA Overlay and Implementation team, an integral part of Portfolio Engineering, Trading and Investments within UBS Asset Management. The team is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and trading support of SMA strategies and Multi-Asset strategies, primarily across equities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds.
You'll collaborate with implementation specialists, portfolio managers and colleagues across Asset Management and other UBS divisions. We value teamwork, practical problem solving and continuous improvement, and we encourage open discussion of new ideas, issues and challenges so that we can build scalable solutions for our clients

Your skills and experience
• ideally 2+ years of experience in SMA implementation and execution, or equivalent experience in portfolio implementation, trading support or investment operations
• experience partnering with portfolio managers to support effective implementation outcomes
• understanding of SMA processes and investment instruments such as equities, ETFs, mutual funds and fixed income securities
