Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including DCF and LBO.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• High attention to detail coupled with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee financial analysis and valuation methodologies.
• Manage Analysts to ensure quality and efficiency in output.
• Prepare and review presentations and transaction documentation for clients.
• Support the execution of M&A, financing, and advisory transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients and advisors.
• Communicate effectively with senior bankers during strategic discussions.
• Monitor industry trends in real estate, gaming, and lodging.
