Position Overview: The Israel Coverage team is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Investment Banking Analyst in line for promotion or an Associate 1/Associate 2 with strong execution experience. The role will focus on advising Israeli corporate clients and supporting cross-border transactions involving U.S. and international investors, strategic acquirers, and financial sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute M&A, equity, debt, and strategic advisory transactions for Israel-based and cross-border clients.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work directly with senior bankers on client coverage initiatives and business development efforts.
- Support the execution of live transactions from origination through closing.
Qualifications: - 2 to 5 years of investment banking experience.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills.
- Prior experience in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Hebrew is required.
- Must be based in New York or willing to relocate
Salary Range $125,000-$175,000
