Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory Material Coordinator to join the site Inventory Team. In this process coordinator role, you will manage and lead inventory accuracy and supervise the material flow across the facility via cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and safely moving and verifying raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods. You will also support reporting and supervise inventory control activities using SAP and other tools. You will lead and coordinate the site Cycle Counting process end-to-end-scheduling counts, verifying inventory, coordinating recounts, and reconciling results-while instructing and guiding cross-functional partners on standard counting and documentation practices as needed. You will manage adherence to the Cycle Count schedule by generating, tracking, and completing counts timely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform daily cycle counts for raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods per the site cycle count schedule.
  • Coordinate and complete full weekly packaging counts for the site.
  • Lead investigations and perform physical searches across the facility to locate misplaced or missing materials.
  • Safely operate and coordinate material-handling activities to move, organize, and verify materials throughout the facility.
  • Manage disposal of approved scrap and defective materials according to site MSA procedures.
  • Ensure and instruct proper identification and labeling of materials, confirming storage meets quality and safety requirements.
  • Lead and support investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies, including research, documentation, reconciliation, and follow-up actions.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen inventory control processes and cycle count accuracy.

• Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse machinery/equipment (as applicable).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.
