Position Overview

Prime Healthcare and Central Maine Medical Center are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing cardiovascular program in Lewiston. • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including coronary angiography, PCI, and coronary stenting
• Provide inpatient consultative services and outpatient cardiovascular care
• Collaborate with cardiologists, hospitalists, APPs, intensivists, and ancillary staff
• Participate in shared call coverage schedule
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with quality standards
• Support evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Maine
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
