Job Description and Salary

The Washington, DC office of ArentFox Schiff is seeking an attorney with minimum of 3-5 years' of experience in international trade in a law firm or with the government to join our International Trade group. Candidates should have experience in Trade Litigation (antidumping and countervailing duty). Clerkship and/or experience in customs will be a significant plus factor. A strong academic record, interest in direct contact with clients, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are required. Domestic and overseas travel required. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
