Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll practice

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented International Payroll Analyst to join their Global Payroll team. This role will be responsible for managing monthly payroll operations across multiple EMEA & APAC entities, supporting a headcount of approximately 850 employees. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

This position requires deep expertise in international payroll legislation, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and brings a proactive mindset to process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • ssist with monthly payroll processing for APAC and EMEA regions in partnership with third-party payroll provider.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data from HR systems and third-party platforms.
  • Support HR teams with administration of benefits, pension schemes, holiday pay, and leave of absence tracking.
  • Support year-end activities including statutory filings, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Support Qtr ESPP Reconciliations
Required Qualification(s):
  • 5-7 years of hands-on international payroll experience in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.
  • Expertise in EMEA payroll compliance, including tax, labor codes, social security, pensions, benefits, and terminations.
  • Experience with international equity programs such as RSUs and ESPP
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and an initial duration through June 2026 , with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full time, 40 hours per week

Working Hours: European hours (UTC +1, +2, +3)
