Manages and plans the company's finance risk management strategy and overall funding and cash flow needs. Handles cash flows (depository and disbursement accounts), bank relations and foreign exchange transactions.
Chevron is accepting online applications for the role of International Cash Repatriation Analyst for our Corporate Finance & Insurance division within Corporate Treasury, until October 15th, 11.59pm, central time.

The analyst supports global liquidity optimization and corporate financial objectives by contributing expertise in repatriating cash from international subsidiaries in a tax-efficient and compliant manner. This role partners closely with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional finance teams to navigate complex regulatory environments, mitigate foreign exchange and tax risks, and ensure timely availability of funds for strategic initiatives. The position provides critical analysis and guidance that directly impacts capital allocation, shareholder returns, and the company's ability to deploy resources effectively across global markets.

Work Schedule: full-time with opportunity to work modified schedules (e.g., "9/80" schedule with alternate Fridays off). Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office per week with option of remote work on Fridays.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Corporate Cash Repatriation Strategy
  • Support global cash repatriation initiatives to ensure timely movement of funds from international entities to the U.S., aligning with corporate liquidity and capital allocation goals
  • Assist in developing and executing repatriation strategies using dividends, return of capital, and intercompany loans, while optimizing tax efficiency and minimizing FX and regulatory risks
  • Monitor global cash balances and targets, ensuring adherence to quarterly repatriation schedules and working capital requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare and deliver repatriation forecasts and reports to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and alignment with corporate financial priorities


Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally across Tax, Treasury, Controllers, Digital, and Business teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Supports the development and delivery of reports and presentations for senior management and executive stakeholders


Digital Enablement
  • Champion the use of digital tools and data-driven solutions to enhance financial decision-making, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with internal digital teams to identify opportunities for automation, visualization, and analytics

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematic, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in global treasury operations, international tax planning, or corporate finance

• Strong knowledge of cross-border cash management, foreign exchange, and regulatory compliance
• Background working in or with multinational organizations.
• High proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.
