The OpportunityWe are looking to hire a Product Manager to join Adobe's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) organization and help scale our Document Cloud Customer Zero program!
Customer Zero serves as the bridge between Adobe's internal users and product teams, helping Adobe become its own best customer. This role will transform real-world product usage into actionable product insights, roadmap influence, adoption strategies, customer stories, and measurable business outcomes.
As a core member of the team, you will work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executive collaborators to ensure that customer feedback drives valuable product updates and increased business benefit.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with operational excellence. They are equally comfortable driving long-term strategy, influencing senior partners, and rolling up their sleeves to complete programs, pilots, and adoption initiatives.
In this role, you will help build the future of Document Cloud Customer Zero while growing Adobe's ability to learn from, validate, and improve its products through internal usage!
What you'll do- Partner with Product, Engineering, Development, and Product Marketing teams to influence product strategy using insights from internal customer usage.
- Lead day-to-day Customer Zero activities and cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring the programs remain scalable, balanced, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate customer feedback, adoption trends, and business needs into actionable roadmap recommendations.
- Lead validation efforts for new features, betas, and central initiatives.
- Influence planning and roadmap discussions with key collaborators and partner teams.
- Manage Customer Zero projects within Acrobat Studio, PDF Spaces, Acrobat Sign, AI-enhanced experiences, and forthcoming Document Cloud developments.
- Expand and mature the Customer Zero Champions Program.
- Develop, document, and maintain high-impact use case libraries and success stories.
- Lead internal enablement programs, presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, product value, and business outcomes.
- Build executive-ready reporting, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
What you need to succeed- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or digital workplace technologies.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
- Experience developing adoption strategies and driving organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and cultivate positive relationships across teams.
Preferred- Experience with Customer Zero, beta programs, customer advocacy, product validation, or product incubation programs.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud, e-signature solutions, APIs, AI-powered products, or enterprise collaboration tools.
- Passion and curiosity for AI and optimizing workflows with its use.
- Familiarity with product telemetry, adoption analytics, and customer feedback systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments and governance models.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,700 - $215,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
