THE ROLE:AMD is seeking an Internal Mobility Advisor to join the Global Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality mobility experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Mobility, this role serves as both a program owner and talent acquisition consultant, driving operational excellence across internal movement and relocation processes. You will own mobility offer execution, partner cross-functionally with HR, Global Mobility, TA Operations, and Hiring Managers, and ensure employee transitions are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Offer Letter & Requisition Execution- Own mobility offer letter creation, approvals, and execution for internal movement and relocation requisitions
- Ensure offers align with company policy, compliance requirements, and business needs
- Identify and escalate potential risks related to mobility transactions, including cross-border and entity transfer considerations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mobility recruiting operations, ensuring a smooth candidate and manager experience
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation throughout the mobility process
Cross-Functional Partnership & Consultation- Partner with Global Mobility, HR, TA Operations, and Hiring Managers to support compliant employee transitions
- Provide guidance on mobility processes, policies, and operational requirements
- Drive process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and risk mitigation
- Ensure strong communication, governance, and operational alignment across stakeholders
Project Management & Tech Integration- Support mobility-related projects, process enhancements, and technology integrations
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation to support scalable and compliant operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, visibility, and execution excellence
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:- Experience supporting internal mobility, relocation, recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent acquisition programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise across functions
- Experience working in compliance-focused, regulated, or global environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive or complex processes with accuracy
- Experience identifying operational risks and implementing process improvements or scalable solutions
- Project and program management experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
