Role Summary

Responsible for leading global internal editorial content strategy and execution across Stellantis' internal communication channels, including the company intranet and employee-facing platforms. This role ensures clear, consistent, and engaging storytelling aligned with company priorities, while supporting employee engagement and organizational communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial Strategy & Content Development
  • Develop and manage global internal editorial content, including news stories, leadership messaging, and employee-focused storytelling for intranet and internal
  • Ensure content aligns with company strategy, business priorities, and internal communication objectives
  • Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and editorial standard across all internal communications


Content Creation & Publishing
  • Write, edit, and publish content for internal platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, employee communications)
  • Produce compelling, employee-centric stories that highlight company initiatives, programs, and achievements
  • Manage content lifecycles from concept through publishing and post-publication updates


Global Editorial Process Leadership
  • Lead the internal global editorial process, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of content across regions and functions
  • Partner with regional communicators and business units to elevate relevant content for broader visibility
  • Ensure editorial consistency and alignment across multiple stakeholders and contributors


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with HR, corporate communications, and business units to support key internal initiatives and campaigns
  • Align editorial content with enterprise-wide messaging, leadership priorities, and change initiatives
  • Support coordination between editorial, social, and communication teams


Employee Engagement & Storytelling
  • Drive employee engagement through meaningful storytelling, highlighting people, culture, and business impact
  • Support initiatives designed to increase employee awareness and participation across communications channels


Social & Advocacy Content Integration
  • Oversee coordination between editorial content and internal social/advocacy programs, including support for employee social advocacy initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between editorial content and broader digital communication strategies

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 7+ years of combined experience in communications, journalism, or public relations
  • Strategic storyteller with strong media instincts and deep understanding of the auto industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual graphics) with proven ability to translate technical content into clear, relatable and inspiring messages
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver open to new ideas and challenging status-quo
  • Collaborative, team player with proven ability to successfully work cross functionally
  • Strong work ethic, energetic, flexible and proactive
  • Positive attitude with ability to effectively navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
