Full Job Description
Position Purpose:

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for delivering the organization's risk-based internal audit plan by leading and executing audit engagements across business units. The role evaluates the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls, and provides clear, actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance. The position also supports audit planning, reporting to senior management and the Audit Committee, and contributes to strengthening Internal Audit practices and relationships across the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and execute internal audit engagements from planning and walkthroughs through fieldwork and reporting, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
  • Assess governance, risk management, and internal control processes using a structured, risk-based audit approach.
  • Develop audit programs, conduct risk assessments, and identify control gaps and process inefficiencies.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports, present findings to stakeholders, and support the development of management action plans.
  • Provide input into the annual risk-based audit plan and identify emerging risks, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and support constructive resolution of audit findings.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and service providers and support continuous improvement of internal audit practices and methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000 to $130,900 (P5 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
