How you'll make a difference:

• Prepare high quality Revit models and engineering drawings formass timber,steel, masonryand concrete buildings

• Work with architects, interior designers,mechanicaland electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions

• Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well asreviewthe contractor's work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications

• Prepare documents required for approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts

• Provide design supportto engineers, architects, and other technologists

• Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained

Who you are:

• A Diploma inCivilEngineering Technology or Architectural Technology

• 5+ yearsof structural modelling experienceworking onmixed-use commercial/residential, school and post-secondary, healthcare, orinstitutional buildings is preferred

• Knowledge of building codes is an asset

• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Collaborative, teamoriented, withthe ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
