About the job

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

In this role, you will build infrastructure providing help and support solutions for approximately 400 Google products, including Ads, YouTube, Play, Pay, and Pixel. Your primary focus is enabling customers to self-serve and resolve issues leveraging the best of AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies, while seamlessly looping in human assistance when required. You will redefine advertiser support by building an "Agentic-First" future and will be creating a dynamic, proactive ecosystem powered by transformative AI. You will deliver intelligent, proactive AI experiences that automatically troubleshoot problems and optimize campaigns.

You will drive the evolution of a groundbreaking support experience that delivers a personalized, intelligent, and proactive ecosystem for every advertiser. By fostering a self-improving system, you will ensure that every single interaction yields high-value training data, continuously elevating the agent's intelligence, capabilities, and effectiveness over time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
