Full Job Description
MTSI is seeking a Intelligence PM Support who will be responsible for assisting the Air Force Special Programs Office (SAF/AQL) you will support the management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects in a highly dynamic Intelligence Capabilities Acquisition environment. Ensures overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
  • Assist in all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals.
  • Assess the technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables.
  • Ensure overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources.
  • Develop reports and presentations for program leadership to optimize the ongoing and future USAF strategic, development planning, and support.
  • Coordinate and deliver briefings conveying programs vision, strategy, plans, schedule, budget requirements to OSD and DAF leadership, Joint Services, DoD agencies, congressional members and staffers
  • Coordinate with the OSD and SAF/AQ staffs and leadership.
  • Participate in related team planning, working groups, and offsite meetings.


Required:
  • 15+ total years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) and work within the last 2 years
  • No less than two (2) total years of experience in a SAP environment
  • Knowledge and expertise of DoD (or service) HQ level policy, staffing processes, and organization responsibilities
  • Recent experience with the PPBE process (specifically POM/IPBS).
  • Knowledge and expertise with MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills to include authoring documents/briefings and an effective communicator - able to convey complex concepts via written word, diagram, or briefing
  • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and DoD Science and Technology agencies - Desired
  • Recent Pentagon experience - Desired


Education Requirements:
  • Master's Degree, preferably in a related field (MS/MSE/MA/MBA)


Clearance Requirements:
  • Current/active Top Secret/SCI; Current or recent DoD SAP access
  • Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph


The pay range for this position is $160,000/year to $210,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI offers a full range of medical benefits, 401k, ESOP, paid time off, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
