How you'll make an impact in this role- Interface Specification Development: With guidance and supervision, develop interface specification documents by analyzing application source and destination vendor specifications, requirements, and data elements.
- File Transfer Documentation: Develop file transfer specification documents by collaborating with Apps & Plats or vendor technical resources to gather details for the Manage File Transfer team to build scripts.
- Developer Hand-off: Transition the created interface specifications to code developers for the construction of project interfaces and/or FTPs.
- Project Participation: Attend project meetings and interface testing events.
- Troubleshooting Support: Assist in interface troubleshooting and the resolution of issues.
- Team Liaison: Act as a liaison between the interface/FTP developers and the project team.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 1+ years of Healthcare IT experience (or equivalent coursework/progress toward a Bachelor's degree) with a foundational understanding of hospital or clinic operations.
- Familiarity with application integration, including a basic understanding of how data flows and integrates between different software systems.
- Strong core troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement basic technical solutions.
- Adaptive and self-directed work ethic, capable of operating independently under light supervision while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
