Full Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on development with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura/Visualforce
Strong experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; data model & security (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing)
Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs; understanding of integration patterns (sync/async, platform events)
Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, release management, branching strategy, and deployments
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and governor limit optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II , One of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant certification
Knowledge of GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, or automation pipelines.
Exposure to Salesforce DevOps, Monitoring, or Debugging tools
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical solutioning for Salesforce workstreams (design, build, test, deploy, support)
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs (HLD/LLD) and guide implementation
Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure security/performance best practices
Mentor developers; guide estimation, sprint planning, and delivery commitment
Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders; support estimations and delivery planning
Coordinate with Architects, Admins, QA, and Business Analysts; provide technical leadership to stakeholders
Salary Range: $38,000 - $160,000 a year
