As a individual contributor on a small team, you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operations, development teams, and external partners, provide production support (including 24/7 on-call rotations for critical incidents), and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations-EDI (PO, ASN, Invoice), web services, webhooks, and API gateways-and troubleshoot production issues, including logging, error handling, and root-cause analysis.
  • Production Support & Monitoring: Monitor integration workflows in production, respond to support tickets, and perform troubleshooting. This role may require 24/7 on-call support for production-critical issues, ensuring rapid incident response and resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (IT, operations, finance, external vendors) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive integration roadmaps.
  • Mentoring & Documentation: Mentor less-senior engineers, maintain up-to-date integration documentation and runbooks, and develop training materials.
