WHAT YOU'LL DO:The primary responsibilities of the Integrated Supply Manager are to manage and direct the activities within Steiner Integrated Supply Group and to ensure compliance with customer agreements that deliver strong revenue growth and operational excellence within Steiner's value proposition. The Steiner Integrated Supply Group serves as support to Steiner Account Managers by defining, implementing, and providing ongoing management of integrated supply agreements.
- Develop and implement programs and plans for the accomplishment of corporate sales objectives.
- Manage the Steiner Integrated Supply team.
- Provide Account Managers with Steiner Integrated Supply performance improvements as defined in customer contracts.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure integrated supply programs are meeting customer expectations and operating efficiently.
- Work with Sales Management to ensure integrated supply projects provide strategic value to Steiner.
- Present the Steiner Integrated Supply solution to key customers, as support for Steiner Account Managers.
- Drive successful customer onboarding and program implementations.
- Review and refine customer contract proposals and ensure the Steiner Integrated Supply Group executes commitments.
- Establish, distribute and adhere to project timelines.
WHAT WE'LL NEED FROM YOU:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related discipline, or 5 years of progressive supply chain experience (3 of those years in a leadership role).
- Three years of experience supervising others and demonstrating leadership.
- Minimum three years of integration application experience.
- Prior management experience of supply chain operations and installation of complex solutions.
- Strong data analytics experience.
- Strong process development and review skills.
- Demonstrated group presentation skills.
- Experience with long and short-term contracts/projects.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of integration and internet communication.
- Vending machine operation and service experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of job sites, tool crib, and plant maintenance processes preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Reaching at or below shoulder level.
