Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an Integrated Supply Chain Manager (ISCM) opportunity in Richland, WA.

Introduction:

The selected candidate will be a direct employee with Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C). H2C delivers exceptional performance in safely removing, treating, and disposing of tank waste. H2C leads the nation's largest and most complex radioactive waste cleanup, including closure of the legacy waste tanks at Hanford containing 56 million gallons of radioactive and chemical waste.

H2C is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Manager (ISCM) responsible for integrating supply chain planning with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Acquisition Management to ensure the organization has the materials, equipment, and supplier capacity required to execute the mission safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position reports to the Manager of Acquisition Management and provides forward-looking visibility of operational and project requirements, identifies opportunities to leverage demand and achieve economies of scale, and partners with procurement specialists to ensure an appropriate and capable supplier base is established to meet current and future procurement needs.

The position complements existing functional authorities by providing end to end integration and accountability across the demand to delivery lifecycle.

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an integrated 12-24 month supply chain demand forecast based on project schedules, operational requirements, maintenance needs, engineering deliverables, and critical spares.
• Serve as the primary supply chain interface with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, and Acquisition Management.
• Facilitate early identification and development of procurement requirements to improve planning and reduce emergent acquisition activity.
• Monitor readiness of technical requirements, specifications, statements of work, bills of material, and other inputs necessary to support procurement execution.
• Identify and actively manage long lead, mission critical, single source, obsolete, and supply constrained materials and services.
• Partner with Acquisition Management to develop sourcing strategies aligned with forecasted mission demand, including opportunities for strategic sourcing, long term agreements, and demand aggregation to achieve better economies of scale.
• Coordinate strategic supplier planning and evaluate supplier capacity, capability, lead times, and other risks affecting future H2C requirements.
• Integrate critical spares planning with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Acquisition Management to improve material readiness and reduce operational vulnerability.
• Establish and lead a recurring Integrated Supply Chain Review to identify constraints, assign actions, resolve cross functional issues, and escalate risks threatening mission milestones.
• Develop and maintain an integrated supply chain risk register and provide leadership with forward looking visibility of significant constraints and recovery actions.
• Refine performance measures focused on end-to-end supply chain effectiveness, including need date reliability, forecast accuracy, requirements readiness, procurement cycle time, supplier on time delivery, critical spares availability, and supply chain impacts to scheduled work.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that focus on integration, economies of scale, simplifying processes, reducing administrative friction, and increasing supply chain predictability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Grade 20:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 10 years' directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.


Grade 21:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 12 years' directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.


Grade 22:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 14 years' directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Operations, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing forward looking supply/demand plans for complex projects or operational organizations.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation subcontracting requirements.


Compensation & Benefits:

In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, H2C takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial grade and salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made at the appropriate grade level and within the targeted hiring range posted according to these factors. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.

Hiring Range Minimum: $131,888

Hiring Range Maximum: $214,288
