In this role, you will...
• Serve as the responsible Planner for a specific IPT on the program
• Develop, manage, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner
• Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team
• Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule
• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms
required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting goals
• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that
arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners
• Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to the implementation of the Program
• Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Stakeholders
• Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for
surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management
• Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
• Experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
• Experience with fully networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration and Earned Value Metrics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
Desired skills
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Expert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
• Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
• Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Some experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team
• Strong sense of follow-up with strict attention to detail and quality

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
