  • Prepare and present clear, concise program status reports and executive briefings.
  • Maintain and update the integrated master program schedule, ensuring all project timelines are aligned and dependencies tracked.
  • Monitor budget performance at both the project and program level; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning across the program; maintain a live risk and opportunity register.
  • Analyze the impact of changes, changed conditions, and unforeseen events on program cost and schedule.
  • Coordinate change management processes across contractors and design-builders to ensure controlled scope evolution.
  • Ensure all project teams adhere to the Airport Authority's quality, safety, OEHS, and MMRP requirements throughout all phases.
  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager and other program professionals to maintain consistent quality standards across all contracts.
  • Support regulatory inspections, permitting, and authority approvals as required for project advancement and facility occupancy.
