Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to support sustainment of the US Navy Ohio Class Fire Control System. The IPT Lead will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the planning, execution, and delivery of Basic Order Agreement (BOA) projects in support of operational requirements.

- Coordinate the planning and execution in alignment with BOA contractual requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding BOA projects
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical requirements
- Facilitate IPT meetings, reviews, and status reporting
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess obsolescence and identify refresh solutions
- Support proposal and BOA task order activities as needed
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
