What you’ll be doing...
The Sr Manager Marketing Field Enablement will define and organize execution initiatives with multiple development tracks across marketing tools, disciplines, and advance sales skills. The position will serve as a subject matter expert in a variety of business marketing disciplines including Verizon Velocity Selling and be passionate about teaching, communicating and listening to our front line sales teams and business partners across all channels.
Seeking a dynamic, versatile Sr Marketing Manager to drive market share and revenue growth in key consumer segments. This cross-functional leader will strategize, manage, develop, and execute local and national marketing programs, focusing on priority cities. The ideal candidate is a team player who can navigate cross-functional teams, balance multiple priorities, develop local marketing strategy, plan and execute events, and be a subject matter expert for stakeholders and front-line sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Strategize, plan, and execute demand generation and segment-specific programs to grow market share and revenue.
Utilize market and city-specific knowledge to create compelling messages that highlight our products' and solutions' unique benefits.
Shape strategies, evaluate customer experience, and manage metrics/reporting.
Work cross functionally with Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing to collaborate on initiatives to drive channel, program and segment performance.
Guide teams in event training, customer promotions, and custom offerings.
Own, plan, and facilitate internal and external engagements and meetings to promote marketing programs, boost tool utilization, and enhance our brand.
Define and organize execution initiatives across marketing tools, disciplines, both internally and externally.
Provide guidance to teams in areas of training for events, and customer presentment of promotions and customized offerings.
Own, plan, and facilitate various engagements, meetings, internally and externally about our marketing programs and objectives.
Develop advanced customer-centered training curriculum and knowledge reinforcement strategies.
Evangelize top national Market Hub marketing programs and tools to drive, track, and increase utilization.
Create close relationships with customer-facing and partnership teams to understand their operations, assets, and how to partner to increase utilization of marketing tools/offerings and enhance our brand.
Manage programs/projects from initiation to delivery, including local and national programs.
Manage project requirements, resource allocation, and local budgets/marketing assets for maximum success and ROI.
Update market and sales leaders on marketing initiatives.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Six or more years of experience in sales enablement, field marketing, or B2B/consumer go-to-market execution.
Experience designing and delivering sales training curricula, enablement tools, and customer presentation materials for front-line teams.
Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, local events, and program budgets across national market hubs.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Consumer marketing expert; leverages insights for strategy and programs.
Strong experience in planning and executing experiential events.
Excellent project management skills; able to juggle priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.
Experience in managing budgets and marketing assets.
Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $105,000.00 - $201,000.00.
