You'll partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Ops to keep field strategy aligned to pipeline goals. This role is remote. Directors of Field, ABM & Events at Collibra are responsible for - Owning the NAM and EMEA pipeline P&L accountable to a pipeline number, not an activity plan. - Leading the ABM operating rhythm across all four field marketers: weekly account intelligence briefing consumption, AVP alignment, activation, and loop closure. - Owning the NAM and EMEA territory coverage models, defining the handshake between vertical/strategic and regional field marketers and holding both accountable. - Managing the Global Events Manager, owning the handshake between event production and field-led account strategy events runs the room, field owns the accounts in it. - Representing field marketing in quarterly ICP alignment sessions with the CRO and AVPs, and owning account tier nominations. You have - 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise field marketing with direct pipeline accountability, not solely event execution. - Experience managing a team of five or more direct reports. - Experience partnering directly with AVP-level sales leaders, including forecast calls and QBRs. - Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience. - This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. You are - Skilled in ABM program design 6sense or equivalent, account tier frameworks, and 1:Few programs build alongside a field motion. - Experienced managing a team through significant change, bringing change-management skill to a field-to-ABM transformation. - Sensitive to regional differences across NAM and EMEA, whether through lived or managed experience. - Comfortable holding a team accountable through transition two open hires landing mid-year, a direct report being repositioned, and a new operating rhythm being embedded. - AI-native, designing AI-augmented workflows for pipeline forecasting, account research, and briefing automation. Measures of Success - Within your first month, you will: complete onboarding, meet the team, and the two incoming field hires, and audit the current NAM/EMEA territory coverage and pipeline baseline. - Within your third month, you will: run your first AVP alignment calls across NAM and EMEA, formalize the weekly account intelligence briefing rhythm, and establish the events-field handshake with Sarah. - Within your sixth month, you will: show measurable pipeline contribution from the ABM motion across all four territories, and demonstrate the team operating as account-led pipeline owners rather than event operators. Compensation for this role The standard base salary range for this position is $168,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
