Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market plan and programs for NMI's payment gateway, with a focus on generating pipeline, acquiring new ISO partners and increasing adoption across priority vertical markets.

In this role, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that bring together demand generation, content, digital, channel, sales and product marketing. A key part of the role will also be developing a verticalized marketing approach for markets such as parking, transit, EV charging and healthcare, making NMI's gateway proposition more relevant to the specific needs, use cases and audiences within each market.

ISOs will be the primary audience, alongside vertical specific ISVs and software providers.

This is both a strategic and hands on role. You'll identify where the biggest opportunities lie, build the marketing strategy and work across teams to turn it into campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and plan for NMI's core payment gateway, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire new ISO partners, drive gateway adoption and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop verticalized marketing strategies for priority markets, using market, customer and competitive insight to tailor positioning, messaging and campaigns to specific industry needs.
  • Build a strong understanding of ISO and ISV audiences, their buying journeys, challenges and decision drivers.
  • Partner with product marketing and content teams to develop compelling messaging, thought leadership, customer stories, campaign content and sales enablement.
  • Work closely with demand generation to define target audiences, campaign journeys, lead follow-up and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, channel and other marketing teams to ensure programs are aligned to commercial priorities and effectively executed.
  • Manage campaigns from planning through execution, reporting and optimization, ensuring activity stays on track, on budget and on brand.
  • Track performance against agreed KPIs and use insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, channel mix and campaign effectiveness.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • A marketing or related business degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience with verticalized marketing, including developing market-specific positioning, messaging and go-to-market programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B partner or channel-led business models. Experience marketing to ISOs, ISVs, PayFacs or other payments audiences is highly desirable.
  • Experience working closely with sales and demand generation teams on lead management, account targeting, sales enablement and pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing agency partners.
  • Strong digital marketing, campaign management and performance measurement skills, including marketing automation (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, ZoomInfo), SEM, SEO, PPC, display, programmatic, etc, as well as analytics (GA4).
  • Exceptional project management, communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Creativity, curiosity, initiative and a strong commercial mindset.
