Full Job Description
Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance Department seeks a senior attorney with at least 10 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and litigating first and third-party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation, such as taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings and trials. Strong research, writing, and litigation skills are required. Texas Bar mandatory.
